Nutrition Consultations

All bespoke nutrition work starts with an initial consultation. This can be done in person or via zoom. This first consultation lasts 60 minutes and we take a full case history, discuss goals, understand challenges and set targets and expectations. From this initial consult we can then put the wheels in motion for devising the bespoke plan. The cost of this consultation is £100. Any recommended laboratory testing and/or supplementation are charged at extra cost. Click to book

Follow Up consultations last approximately 45 minutes and are advised 2-4 weeks following the initial consult or upon completion of a plan. This consult allows us to assess progress made and/or tweak the programme accordingly. The cost of a follow up consultation is £75. Click to book

Online Nutrition Plans

I work with clients on both a 1-2-1 basis and a group basis. I devise bespoke plans depending on clients needs. Popular plans include the following: Mini 3-Day Cleanse, 5-Day Pre-Holiday Prep, 7 Day Gut Reset and the signature 9-day Bespoke Reboot Plan.
